Responsibilities: • Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement • Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence • Coordinate medical records and liens • Communicate with clients, providers, and insurance carriers • Assist attorneys with trial preparation Qualifications: • 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload • Bilingual Spanish preferred • Knowledge of NY PI procedures required Compensation: • $65,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience) • Opportunities for growth within reputable firms.
